I have had the pleasure of taking Pilates with Nola for over three years. Not only does she possess great knowledge of Pilates, but she really cares for your health and pinpoints areas of need in your body. I've never meet someone with this much passion and caring for others as she has. If you want to see results and start feeling your best, Nola is a wonderful teacher and a beautiful person inside and out.

Nola Rocco is one of, if not THE, best pilates instructors I have ever worked with. I have been doing pilates for over ten years and Nola’s classes are creative, fun, and challenging, and really at another level of teaching. She has an amazing understanding of movement and the human body, and is incredibly holistic in her approach. Before starting pilates, I had a history of neck and shoulder pain, and the private sessions I’ve had with Nola have greatly enhanced the work that I am able to do in group pilates settings and in day to day workouts.
